AN EXCITING NEW ENSEMBLE OF THREE CELLOS AND DOUBLE BASS

The Lowdown Ensemble is a recently formed group of outstanding professional musicians. When the musicians were asked to come together to make a one-off recording for an American Sci-Fi drama, they realised quickly that the sound they produced was new and exciting. Different to other cello ensembles, the addition of the low vibrations of the double bass gives the ensemble a strong core for the parts to build rich harmonies upon.
