On February 11th I perforrmed two Bach suites and the third suite by Benjamin Britten. I performed the Bach suites from memory and it was a thrilling experience to perform the suites to a paying audience for the first time in my life. I have studied and learnt the suites over a number of years and it is quite a challenge to be mentally in the right place. The audience were a pleasure to play to and I am keen to have other opportunities to perform these suites and the remaining suites at other venues.
